PAIRING SUGGESTIONS AND RECIPES
Add this recipe for Lemon Pepper Parmesan Roast Trout from Closet Cooking to your cookbook! Turn your next brunch into a showstopper by making Braised Eggs With Zucchini, Feta, & Lemon from The New York Times! You will certainly love these Easy Lemon Rolls from Love From The Oven! Why "Wine Cocktail" Because we use our winery license to make this scrumptious product the Federal TTB requires us to mark this as a "Wine Cocktail" due to our infusion of Lemon Juice into the Apple Cider. Ciders (under the winery license) can only have Apple Cider juice, not any other juice even in minute quantities. Under a brewery license, this would not be a problem! |

Our unique fermentation, select wine yeasts and aging, stay true to the fruit, authentic flavors and tradition only present in fresh-pressed Eastern ciders. To this "orchard experience" we then add fresh lemon juice and that carbonation that many enjoy, or not, for those who love a still wine. COCKTAILING Some of our customers like to add an additional kick into this convenient packaging by adding vodka. |
