BRANDIED CIDERS
Crafted & Barreled Ciders are aged in American Oak Barrels of selected American and Mexican Distillers

Bourbon This still well rounded cider, aged 8 months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, is mellow and perfect for any celebration.

Whiskey This dry still cider is well rounded, aged 8 months in Kentucky whisky barrels, and certainly contains a hint of Kentucky on the nose and the palate. 

Tequila Aged in a charred tequila barrel, a dry sparkling cider has a tannic base, but not too much, with a hint of "the worm". 
Brandied Ciders are technically Fortified Wines and they emulate Normandy's "Cider Royal".  We both ferment and age the Cider as well as make the Apple Wine base for the Brandy that we have made by a Pennsylvania Distiller

​CARDING POLICY: It is SpringGate Vineyard & Farm Brewery's policy to verify proof of age (carding) prior to selling any alcoholic products.  Aside from being a good community policy that is being increasingly embraced by holders of alcohol licenses, this policy reflects some of the most severe, and complex laws in the nation.  Pennsylvania's regulations are both seriously enforced and, for wineries, different than the regulations of other retailers in the state.
