*NOTE: A refundable deposit is required for all event spaces. The deposit will be returned provided the reserved area and all related spaces are left in their original condition—free of damage and trash, with tables and chairs returned to their original locations.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Self-Service Option: Guests are welcome to visit the various bars and food trucks at their convenience to purchase food and beverages of their choice. These costs will be paid individually.
• Dedicated Server Upgrade: For packages that don't already include a server, you have the option to add one for an additional $50 per hour, upon request.
• Flexible Dining Options: Bring your own food or arrange for catering to suit your event's needs.
• Gift Card Perk: Receive a gift card that can be used on the day of your event or during any future visit during regular operating hours.
• Event Agreement Requirement: A signed Private Events Agreement is required to secure your booking.
• Rental Payment Requirement: The rental fee must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event date.

PAVILION

If you're seeking a covered outdoor space with seating and the warmth of a fire pit, our Pavilion is the perfect choice. This cozy space comfortably accommodates 15-20 guests and is available for seasonal rentals from March through November. The standard rental duration is 5 hours, with no server provided, but you'll have self-service access to our bars at your own expense. Rental duration varies depending on the day of the week, providing flexibility to suit your event needs.

GREENHOUSE

The Greenhouse is a charming covered space that offers a cozy and intimate setting for up to 25 guests, depending on your preferred seating arrangement. Available for seasonal rentals, it transforms with the seasons—during the warmer months, the siding is removed, creating a more open and airy atmosphere. The standard rental duration is 5 hours and includes a fire pit for added warmth and ambiance. Rental duration may vary depending on the day of the week, giving you the flexibility to plan the perfect occasion.

COVERED PATIO

The Covered Patio is a versatile space that can comfortable accommodate 30-40 guests or more, depending on your seating arrangement. The standard rental duration is 3 hours, with no server provided, but you'll have self-service access to our bars at your own expense. This space is available with flexible rental times based on the day of the week. Equipped with tower heaters for warmth and coziness during the winter months, it's also the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors in the warmer months.

ADIRONDACK ROOM (ADK)

Our Adirondack room combines rustic charm with modern elegance, featuring a stunning stone accent wall, a grand fireplace, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows. This inviting space has hosted everything from retirement parties and birthdays to bridal showers and corporate events. With seating for up to 30 guests and additional standing room available, it also includes a private entryway bar, a dedicated server, a private bathroom, and an adjoining catering room for added convenience.

OVAL TENT

The Oval Tent, situated in the scenic Oval, offers a spacious covered outdoor setting that can accommodate 50-60 guests or more, depending on your seating arrangement. THE OVAL

The Oval is our largest open outdoor space, capable of accommodating 200 guests or more, depending on your seating arrangement. Available for seasonal rentals from March through November, The Oval includes the Oval Tent for added coverage. Perfect for large corporate events, this expansive venue also welcomes outdoor vendors at your own expense. With no server included, it offers a blank canvas for your event. The standard rental duration is 5 hours, with rental time frames varying based on the day of the week.

PRIVATE EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 30 Days in Advance: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.
• Less than 30 Days in Advance: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
